The Best Moves That Work in a REAL Game
It sounds crazy, but we think about moves a bit too much. I get asked all the time what moves are best for a specific situation, what the most "killer moves are," and how to learn them all... but in reality, there's a better way to be thinking about this and working on it!

In our global camps, one of my big focuses is helping players understand HOW to train, so even when I'm not there, they're able to work more efficiently! In our recent Iceland camp, one of the big focuses was shooting, and hopefully I have a pretty good blueprint of how to train one of basketball's most important skills! Simple moves that works..not a flashy dribbling with no direction..
It also helps to work on your core strength to absorb contact. Learn to hold a plank until Jesus returns 😂😂😂.
👍👍👍
Exactly….not everyone is fast or could jump high. Just have a “higher” IQ

This is one of my biggest issues
Great content
Brah? It's just J🏀rdan, K🏀Be & d⚡Wade. That's it!!! No defender big or small can guard these players? Ever!!!👀🧨👑willie
What’s your go-to?!
Delayed between
Delayed tween or a in an out cross
Picking up the dribble and passing the ball to someone who can do these things😅
Float to a delayed tween
Any crossover move. Whether jab cross or a killer cross, I don't really put in the mental effort, it just happens🤷🏽♂️
1 week left of small guard essentials
Fireeee! Keep going! How do you like it?
@@ByAnyMeansBasketball Its great tbh. S shaped freestyle and percentage freestyle are my favorite drills they helped change of pace
@@lcf7662 Yu mind explaining what is the S freestyle and percentage freestyle drill ?
READING THE DESCRIPTION AND TITLE I ALR KNOW THIS BOUTTA BE A GEM
Keep up the great content bro
Only right!!!
I need some more moves in the bag
LOVE
Post to the dream
Crawford has by far my favorite handles all time
Push off foul on the offense. Only NBA refs are paid to look the other way on offensive fouls such as these
Can we just admit that both athletes are insane and it's a privilege to be able to watch them perform at the highest level? We need to stop trying to compare them
lots of love for you coach 🤟
My midrange was really good back in high school coz I was usually taller than anyone else on the court and I had a really high release too. Problem I kept running into was because I could just shoot over people the defender would keep landing under me and I ended up tearing the ligaments in my ankle in both of my final two seasons. Was such a shame.
No one talks about his spin jumper in mid range.
7차전에서 뭔가를 보여줄거야
Steph curry vid?
Please dont put Jok and Jamal in the same sentence, Jamal is just another Gary Harris, solid G-League player. Imagine if Jordan instead of Pippen had Jamal who shoots 3 of 18 every other game (besides not playing any defence and having IQ75), he could just dream of 6 titles.
This was beautiful
elite content. I don't know how many people will realize how valuable this is.
“I don’t necessarily like this ball”😂
Name of the music please
Can u do Armenia pls 🇦🇲🇦🇲
Thanks man,I always see Brunson doing that all the time, now am gonna do practice about it,it's really good
Do we only try these hard drills when we are already a consistent open 3pt shooter?
Loved the vid. Definitely had moments where I realized I could improve, but things I already do. Also made me think about defensive positioning as well.
The critical part is. He is very big and strong that can hold his position and protect the ball at all time. If you don't have that, you probably need to find another strategy.
I feel so confident knowing I did a bunch of agility drills for flag football and I have that motor control of my foot work
How many sets and reps on the isometrics?
u shoulda shown the tyrese haliburton clip for the last one lmao w vid
I've learned so much from this! Thanks! I've recently transitioned from a pure shooter/shot creator/scorer to a more ball handler/facilitator in my local ball club just because I wanted to expand my game. My friends agreed on my transition. Now I'm definitely gonna apply this and your other content as well.
this man is a genius
You didn’t talk about aerobic conditioning at all? I think it’s a common huge mistake to not run in zone2 for basketball. Iverson was even clocked at a 4minute and something second mile. Some of the best college/NBA players do 45min treadmill/bike/rower/elliptical at 65-74% bpm every other day on top of their normal training. Jordan has even said aerobic conditioning is important.
Davion Michelle so underrated bro
I been doing the first drill this whole time and I didn't know that it was an actual drill I was just practicing different shots 😭
"i could eat a hamburger right now" is crazy
Correction Finding the rim
if we actually send someone and they took exactly this route how much time would have passed on earth after he would completed the route?
I appreciate this video heavily. As an undersized player myself I like to go back and watch JB’s game because he almost seems unstoppable at times despite his height and always seems to make the right read. You’re doing gods work with these, keep up the phenomenal work.
it’s really good for young players
Old school game and PG. Belongs in the NBA. Reminds me a lot of my all time fav player; Andre Miller.
I think i found the best method to have the best workout, just do everything high speed and experiment with different handles, different finishes, different shot selections, gets you used to any scenario. I am not saying to look autistic so imagine that there are defenders that you are trying to go through just like shadow boxing but in basketball.
Them boys were in hell 😂
Sir there is a problem my body moves on its own I don't have to do anything but it still goes is it good or bad😢
